Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for in-store credit of the amount originally paid. Item must be brand new in original packaging. We do not provide a return shipping label.

Only choose the free in-store pick-up shipping option if you will be picking up the items at our headquarters in Albuquerque, NM. All orders placed with this shipping method and then cancelled, will be refunded the original amount minus a $5 restocking fee.
